Damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged or does not match its documentation, contact support within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please include your order number and a photo where applicable.
Shipment protection
Loss, damage, and theft in transit are covered at no cost. We'll replace affected orders once the issue is confirmed.
Unopened products
Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted product. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return — contact us first.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at time of refund.
